Looking for something frozen and pink to drink this Labor Day weekend that’s not frosé? Try this fun and easy-drinking little sipper.
- 2 oz white rum
- 2 oz prickly pear purée
- .5 a frozen banana
- 1 oz lime
- .75 oz Velvet Falernum
- Barspoon Allspice Dram
1. To make prickly pear purée, peel the fruit and break it up using a blender on low speed. Strain out seeds.
2. Toss all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend on high until smooth. Garnish with a petite edible flower (hosta blossoms pictured).
