We’re in the midst of yet another Nor’easter here in New Hampshire. ? So while watching another foot of snow pile up outside, I decided to shun reality and curl up by the fire with a giant goblet of summertime. ?☀️?
A while back, I picked up a set of these sizable Waterford Crystal wine glasses, and I realized they were large, but not until creating this cocktail and attempting to fill one did I realize that their capacity is about 20 oz. So when I say top with seltzer water, I’m talking about probably 6 oz or so. This is one long sipper!
- 3 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz gin (I used Veermaster)
- 1 oz guava juice
- .5 oz peach syrup
- Grapefruit seltzer water
Add all but the final ingredient to a very large glass filled with ice and stir to chill. Top with seltzer water and stir gently. Garnish with peaches and blackberries.
