Because I’m still convinced that winter will eventually go away at some point, I’ve been enjoying lots of iced teas and lemonade lately. After my wormwood rye iced tea earlier this week, I was inspired to make a Negroni iced tea. This is so light and refreshing, you could really enjoy it anytime of day. I’m dubbing this a breakfast Negroni ?
- 1 oz gin (I used Malfy Con Limone)
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz black tea
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz clementine juice
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir briskly until chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice or one large cube. Garnish with lemon and clementine.
