Kiwi Passionfruit Margarita

Happy National Margarita Day! 🎉 I’m celebrating with a sweet and tangy passionfruit + kiwi margarita, complete with festive garnish. I had a lot of fun with this one when I realized that a passionfruit fit perfectly in the depression of my margarita glass. I created a tiered garnish with passionfruit and lime halves and topped it with a slice of kiwi and a sprig of mint. What are you drinking today?

Cherimoya Margarita

I picked up a beautiful, ripe cherimoya the other day and was inspired to create a super simple cocktail showcasing its unique, pineapple-pear like flavor.
