To make the Saffron Honey Syrup, combine 1/2 honey and 1/2 cup of water. Stir until all of the honey dissolves, then add a small pinch of saffron threads (5-10). Let the saffron steep in the syrup for at least a few hours, then remove the threads. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
