Beach Blossom Rum Cocktail

The Beach Blossom is a tropical rum cocktail made with guava, pineapple, and coconut.

- 2 oz white rum
- 1 ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¾ oz cream of coconut
- ½ oz guava syrup (I used Monin)
- ½ oz pineapple juice
- 2 dashes orange blossom water
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it 3/4 with ice.
Shake until chilled, then strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple leaves and an edible flower (if desired).
