Notes
Fassionola Syrup Recipe---What rum to use:You can use any quality aged rum you have on hand and it will be a great drink. To make an authentic Cobra's Fang, use 1.5 ounces of overproof Demerara rum like Lemon Hart 151.You can also use 2 ounces of a flavorful Jamaican pot still rum such as Appleton Estate Signature Blend (80 proof), or use both styles of rum: 1 ounce Jamaican pot still rum and 1 ounce overproof Demerara.
