Fassionola Syrup Recipe

What rum to use:
You can use any quality aged rum you have on hand and it will be a great drink.
To make an authentic Cobra's Fang, use 1.5 ounces of overproof Demerara rum like Lemon Hart 151.
You can also use 2 ounces of a flavorful Jamaican pot still rum such as Appleton Estate Signature Blend (80 proof), or use both styles of rum: 1 ounce Jamaican pot still rum and 1 ounce overproof Demerara.
Keyword absinthe, Angostura bitters, coconut orange blossom syrup, falernum, fassionola, lime cordial, rum,
