Bianco Negroni Sbagliato

This variation on the classic Negroni Sbagliato uses the clear bitter liqueur Bitter Bianco in place of the vermillion Campari.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 1 oz bianco or blanc vermouth (sweet white vermouth, rather than dry)
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • 2 tsp citric acid solution* (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Add Bitter Bianco, vermouth, citric acid solution, and stir.
  • Top with prosecco and garnish with an orange slice, red currants, and a yellow spray rose, if desired.

Notes

*Citric Acid Solution
Combine ½ tsp citric acid with 2 oz water and stir until dissolved.
