Classic Pina Coladas (Plus a Lighter Version!)

Make a classic Pina Colada (that's not too sweet!) with just four simple ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of ice.
  • Blend on high until smooth, then pour into a Hurricane glass (or Poco Grande glass, if you have one).
  • Garnish with pineapple leaves, a pineapple wedge, and a cocktail cherry.

Lighter Pina Coladas

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz cream of coconut
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz coconut milk
Instructions:
