Strawberry Rhubarb Gin Sour

This crisp and fruity gin sour is made with a sweet and sour strawberry rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and ginger liqueur (or ginger syrup).

  • 2 oz gin (I used Grey Whale Gin)
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz strawberry rhubarb syrup (link to recipe below)
  • ½ oz ginger liqueur (or ginger syrup) (I used Barrow's Intense)


  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill it 3/4 with ice.
  • Shake until chilled, then strain the cocktail into a coupe glass. Garnish with strawberries and mint, if desired.
