Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it 3/4 with ice.
Shake until chilled, then strain into a double rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Frozen Piña VerdeThis cocktail is also great frozen. Simply add all ingredients to a blender with about 3/4 cup crushed ice. Blend on high until smooth, then strain into a double rocks glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
