Blackberry Pink Peppercorn Gin Sour

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake without ice for at least 30 seconds to build the foam.
  • Add ice and shake until chilled, about 12 seconds.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with blackberries and a sprinkle of freshly ground pink peppercorns, if desired.
