blackberry & pink peppercorn simple syrup

egg white
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake without ice for at least 30 seconds to build the foam.
Add ice and shake until chilled, about 12 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with blackberries and a sprinkle of freshly ground pink peppercorns, if desired.
