Instructions
For the rim:
Use a butter knife or the back of a spoon to apply a thin layer of frosting along the outside rim of a martini or other cocktail glass.
Pour your sprinkles into a small dish, then press the frosting rimmed glass into the sprinkles.
For the cocktail:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it ¾ with ice.
Shake until chilled, about 12 seconds, then strain into your rimmed cocktail glass.
Garnish with mini sugar cookies, if desired.
Notes
Note: This recipe is more spirit-forward than other dessert drinks. If you prefer a milder, less boozy flavor, increase the amount of heavy cream by half to one ounce, or to taste.
