Hot Pink Malibu Coconut Margarita

This vibrant pink Margarita is bursting with flavors of fresh lime and tropical coconut. Made with Malibu coconut rum, dragon fruit simple syrup, lime, and tequila, it's the perfect summery pink drink!

Ingredients
  

  • oz tequila
  • 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum Liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • ½ oz dragon fruit simple syrup
  • pinch salt optional, but recommended

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it ¾ with ice.
  • Shake until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and an edible flower, if desired.
