Two Ingredient Whipped Lemonade

This easy and indulgent whipped lemonade uses two simple ingredients. Easily make it dairy or non-dairy and whip it up for a group just minutes!

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez or Goya)


  • Combine both ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of crushed ice. Add a pinch of salt, optional.
  • Blend on high until smooth (about 10-15 seconds).
  • Pour into a chilled highball glass and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint.


Make 4 Servings:
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup cream of coconut 
  • 3-4 cups of crushed ice
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Divide into four chilled highball glasses and garnish with lemon wheels and mint.
Make it coconut-free:
Use 2 parts half and half to 3 parts each fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. I make mine with: 1 oz (2 tbsp) half and half, 1.5 oz (3 tbsp) lemon juice, 1.5 oz (3 tbsp) simple syrup.
Make it vegan + preservative-free:
Use 2 parts canned coconut milk, 3 parts fresh lemon juice and 3 parts simple syrup.
