This floral gin fizz combines lavender and violet with lemon and grapefruit for a light and refreshing fizz that's perfect for spring.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Cerulea Gin (Holystone Distilling)
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ¼ oz violet liqueur (The Bitter Truth Company)
  • 1 egg white
  • splash club soda

Instructions
 

  • Combine the first six ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice and shake hard for at least 30 seconds to build up the foam.
  • Carefully open the shaker (the pressure may cause some of the liquid to spill out) and fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake until thoroughly chilled, about 12 seconds.
  • Strain the liquid into a highball glass and carefully top with an ounce of so of chilled club soda.
  • Garnish with an edible flower, basil, or mint.
