White Winter Cosmopolitan Cocktail

This wintery spin on the classic Cosmopolitan uses white cranberry juice with vodka, Cointreau, and lime juice for an easy and elegant Valentine's Day cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz white cranberry juice I used Ocean Spray
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz Cointreau (or other triple sec liqueur)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill ¾ with ice.
  • Shake until chilled, about 12 seconds.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge (or a rose for Valentine's Day).

Cosmic Cosmo (White Cranberry & Ginger) Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz white cranberry juice
  • ¾ oz Cointreau (or triple sec)
  • ½ oz ginger syrup
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • Pinch of edible glitter (optional)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill it ¾ with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lime and cranberry.
