Amaterasu (Sun Goddess) Sake Cocktail with Buddha’s Hand

If you’re looking for an unusual cocktail, add this blend of sake, Buddha’s hand, yuzu, and pomegranate to your to do list.

I created this cocktail, named after the Japanese sun goddess, to join an Instagram “A-Z cocktails” event.
