I created this cocktail specifically for the glass, which I picked up for a buck last weekend at the Christmas Tree Shop (awesome find, amiright?) This fruity, floral cocktail features a delicate, delicious blend of honeybush tea, elderflower, elderberries, strawberries, and blood oranges.
RECIPE:
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1.5 oz gin
- .5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1.5 oz organic honeybush tea
- 1 oz strawberry + elderberry syrup
- 1 oz blood orange juice
- 1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake hard for a few minutes to build the foam. Add ice and shake until chilled. Garnish with black pepper, blood orange slice, strawberry leaves.
