I infused some gin with frozen blueberries and couldn’t believe the vibrant deep purpley pink color I got when I strained out the berries! Mixed with lime juice, the color transformed to a beautiful pink. I have a feeling this is going to be a favorite cocktail for us this summer since we harvest at least a few pounds of blueberries from our bushes each year.
